Has anyone ever had anything like this?
I am having problems eating and losing weight rapidly. I feel like all the food is getting stuck around my adams apple no matter what it is and I feel like I am going to suffocate. When food does go down, I get heartburn and feel sick. I am completely unconcentrated and tired. I have had an endoscopy done but they have found nothing, I have to go for xray and a scan but I was wondering if anyone might know what this could be.

In addition to having a complete physical and blood work, which would include a check of your thyroid, you should be asking the doctor if your "uvula is prolapsed". There was a question just like this not far from this one. Acid reflux of the stomach can cause this little piece of tissue that hangs at the back of your throat to "prolapse" or stretch down the throat. Maybe you eating less because the feeling can be quite uncomfortable. A doctor or even a dentist can snip the extra tissue, takes about 2 weeks to heal.
