Happy Halloween

Wir habe einen aufgeteilten Keller und jetzt hat eine Partei sich entschieden eine Tür einzubauen im Gemeinschaftskeller ohne Absprache der andere 3 Parteien und diese Tür ist auch abgeschlossen.

Auf "unsere Seite" der Tür ist die Heizungsanlage an der der jenige ab und zu auch mal dran muss. Auf "seine Seite" der Tür ist der Rest unsere Gemeinschaftskeller, nun bekommen wir kein Schlüssel dafür und damit auch kein Zugang. Weiß irgendjemand ob so was erlaubt ist?

Gerüche vom Kochen in meine Wohnung habe - Kann ich was dagegen machen? Gilt das als Belästigung? Wenn ja, wo müsste ich mich melden? Mit diese Leute ist nicht zu reden - dies habe ich schon versucht. Für Rechtschreibfehler entschuldige ich mich, bin Engländerin....

I woke up yesterday morning with severe back and neck pains. I cannot bend forward without extreme pain and the feeling that my whole back is going to "give way" and not hold me. I get the feeling that when I eat the food gets stuck at the top part of my throat (larynx) or that the larynx is swollen or something.

Sometimes, depending on what I have eaten I feel like I am going to suffocate and cant swallow properly.

I have had an endoscopy and am now waiting for further tests as nothing was found.

I am having problems eating and losing weight rapidly. I feel like all the food is getting stuck around my adams apple no matter what it is and I feel like I am going to suffocate. When food does go down, I get heartburn and feel sick. I am completely unconcentrated and tired. I have had an endoscopy done but they have found nothing, I have to go for xray and a scan but I was wondering if anyone might know what this could be.

Am English living in Germany and am not looking forward to the match on Sunday - dont know what will happen, just hope our boys will do as well as they did yesterday...
