Are there any doctors on here? I need help?
I woke up yesterday morning with severe back and neck pains. I cannot bend forward without extreme pain and the feeling that my whole back is going to "give way" and not hold me. I cannot bend my head forward and look at the floor - it sends pains all the way through my back and I have a little bit of a headache...

could be many reasons but its most of time muscle tensions because you slept in a wrong way or in a non-comfortable way , try to relax and if tomorrow pain doesn't go out or at least pain is reduced then you must go to a doctor

I would get to your doctor as soon as possible, these symptoms indicate you could have several serious problems. Including a serious infection, flu, or meningitis.
