Why is there not also an "Ozone Hole" at the North polar region ?

There is a hole, but smaller than what is over the South Pole. The reaction that destroys ozone only takes place at temperatures of 180 below zero farenheit - the South Pole is colder for a longer period of time, hence a larger ozone hole.

There is. It is just (way) smaller, and forms up about 6 months offset from the southern polar hole.

There is less surface water, and it is in general cooler, than found under the southern polar hole.

Correction driven by one wrong answer you've been given:

Ozone destruction occurs at any temperature, but the ozone hole forms where visible light arrives to photocatalytically destroy ozone, but no UV-C yet to make new ozone. That is why the ozone hole forms in *late* winter / early spring at / above the pole.

Correction diriven by another (partially) wrong answer you've been given:

It is called a hole when you remove dirt from an area of ground. There is still dirt in the bottom of the hole, but we call it a hole anyway. That we use this language, does not mean we need to constantly point out that the ozone hole still has some ozone in it. There also is no UV-C or UV-B to be protected from "under the hole", yet we still consider this feature to be important to discuss.

Also, rotation does not cause ozone holes, because in summer / fall, the Earth is still rotating and there are no ozone holes. The hole arises from the Earth having an axial tilt.

The holes in the Ozone layer occurs at both poles primarily due to the Earth revolving (spinning) on its axis. The Ozone holes are not actual holes, there are just areas where the Ozone density is much lower than other places around the Earth.
