Good vacation websites?
I'm looking for a decent website to research vacation ideas. All sites kind of seem the same to me and overwhelmingly full if junk. I guess I'm looking for actual reviews, trip ideas (not scam packages) , and it maybe if they offer legitimate last minute deals. Multiple sites are ok but don't just list the obvious ones (like travelocity) to get your answer point. Thanks in advance!

I get what you mean. It's hard to know just what to expect if you don't have a good contact in the area to tell you the real deal. You're welcome to look at my site which is about my hometown of Ventura, California (between LA and Santa Barbara). I don't have any last minute deals but I can give you some local insider tips if anything in particular interests you.
