My Pumpkinseed Sunfish won't eat!?
I just recently brought back a 4-5 inch pumkinseed sunfish back home into my aquarium after catching it at the adirondacks.
Ive introduced him into a 10 gallon tank with a 5 inch Gaurami from another tank and when feeding time came around i dropped in tropical flake fish food and a Cichlid color enhancing blend into the fish tank but he ignores it or seems to not realize what it is.
How do I get it to eat?
I know it must still be traumatized from being hooked and released into a 10 gallon container lol but when i was fishing off the cove these sunnies would eat a hook if it dropped into the water. What is going on?

'well he probably doesn't know the flakes are food. He is used to bugs, minnows and worms.

Most fish don,t eat after the trema of being moved to a new home without a day or two to recover, that fish is too big for your tank put him back or have him as a snack leaving him in your tank will just kill him and he is stressing out your gaurami.
