    how does being in pain relate to malpractice?

    get out the phone book and start calling attorneys............

    make sure you understand attorneys do NOT work for free, and the ones that work on a contingency basis do so for their "fees" ........

    you will be charged for ALL out of pocket expenses win-or-lose...... make sure you totally understand the payment agreement before you sign anything.....
