Poll: What happens if you're born on a leap year ( Feb 29th)?

Ok this question has been bothering me, if you were born on February 29th of a leap year. what would you have to do? i mean your body may be maturing at a normal rate, but your legally and technically 4 when you should be 16. would you not be able to get your license? if you could how old would you put your age? could you drink at the technical age of 7? all sorts of questions like this can be asked about this subject!

They would move your birthday to either 28th Feb or 1st March.

But its not really your bday.

I think you just stick w/ the age 16 instead of 4.

My math teacher's brother was born on the 29th of feb.

If i was born on feb 29th , i'll be treated like a kid.

i heard that people born on leap yr are actually if born few hrs earlier, they have their b-day on the 28 or later then they have b-day the next month march 1...so it just depends but yea that would suck if really ur 16 but technically your 4.

I'm guessing the birthday parties must be EXTREMELY embarrassing. Can you picture receiving Social Security at the ripe old age of 16yrs, 3 mos?

I know a few people who were born on February 29, and I think they just use how many days they've been living? Like 365 days in a year, so March 1 of the year after they were born would be their birthday...if this makes sense...

I guess the next day would have to make up for the lost day? But it would never add up. I don't know. Good question...lol

officially your birthday will be on the 29th. but most people change it to 28th for obvious reasons.
