the chance of pulling out a green marble is 33.3%

because there are 12 marbles in the bag. 4 of those marbles are green. 4 out of 12 is 1/3 or 33%

The chance of pulling out a blue marble without replacing the green one is 27%

because there are now 11 marbles in the bag and 3 of them are blue. 3 out of 11 is .27 repeating or 27%

    4 green marble / 12 total marbles = 1 / 3 chance of getting green

3 blue marble / 11 total marbles = 1/11 chance of getting blue without replacement
