Hunk has a good answer, and honestly, it does make more sense than milk, or any of the other answers, semen is multiracial because every man has the ability to produce semen, after a certain period of time, it is useless, and will die off. Men can be found all over the world, so semen is found all over the world, semen is frozen when it is donated, because it is generally not used right away. There are some countries who encourage reproduction because there are more people dying than born a year. There is generally a waiting list (or line, if you will) for the semen that has been donated.

FOOD! YEAH! I ROCK! You know, if I'm right. Ok, well first there is Mexican food, American food, Chinese food, etc.. Food has an expiration date, it's sometimes put in a freezer so it doesn't expire as fast. In countries in Africa or other poverty stricken nations, there is a high demand for food, and people will wait in line for food at some restaurants, and in schools. GIMME THE 10 BIG ONES! You know, if I'm right.

Is it batteries?
Batteries are the same everywhere.
They do expire, and after the date the life is shorter.
They can be found everywhere that they are sold, obviously.
Putting them in the freezer or fridge makes them last longer.
Some countries NEED them.
If you NEED it, you'll wait for it.
So my answer is BATTERIES.
