Amish isn't a cuisine, it's a religious sect. The Amish eat simple wholesome foods like baked chicken, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, and shoo fly pie. Just head east on PA 340, lots of "Amish" restaurants along there. Can't remember the name of any though.

been to a great place down there before, sorry i can't remember the name or the road that its on, the restaurants i believe its mennonite. stay away from the tourist traps, billboards etc... stop at a shop and ask the locals where to find good food. thats what we did and it worked out great.
