Well, guy , for your problem, I think there's no good freeware can do this well for you , I had tried many freeware , none of them can do this for me, some can't work, some even got virus, so now I am using an inexpensive software RZ DVD Creator to do this for me , it can directly convert and burn any pictures and videos to video DVD, it can add background music for pictures, it can easy to personalize a DVD menu, you can add some special texts on DVD menu(like text her name & date of birth), and use a special pictures or videos as dvd menu background for your little girl, it can directly convert any pictures or videos to video DVD, and burn to any DVD disc(DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW, DVD+RW, DVD-R DL, DVD+R DL, etc), the burned standard video DVD can be played well on DVD player. You can yahoo or google search and download RZ DVD Creator , easy to use , hope it could help you !
