first month on birth control, period really light?
I just started on the pill (can't remember which brand right now, don't have it with me) and this is my off week from it where it starts a period. I have all of my regular symptoms, mood swings, pms, upset stomach and it "feels" like it has started but all I can tell is that there is very little blood, if any at all. Not even worth to put a full tampon or pad on, just a liner. Is that normal for even the first month of being on it? Not that I don't mind it being light lol just have to get used to it I guess. Thanks!
And no chance of being pregnant. My period started on the Sunday start...and I was paranoid so we used a condom when we did it, so I'm all good there lol

The thing with birth control pills is that they take some getting used to. Your body will take a couple of months before it normalizes with the pill so it can be a bit whacky until then. Light or heavy periods, spotting, and other symptoms are pretty "normal" in a certain way. In 3 or 4 months your body should be getting more used to it and regulated.
