Mangling of the Deathly Hallows movie ending, opinions please?

Has anyone noticed that in the most recent Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows trailer they openly show the complete mangling of the end of the book? After the point (chronologically in the story not in the trailer) where Harry walks into the forest to let Voldemort kill him I've found it pretty much impossible to find anything that they seem to have done right.

1. There's nobody around but Harry and Voldemort when there should be people surrounding them completely, everybody who wasn't killed in the battle of hogwarts.

2. There's a scene where Voldemort is holding Harry up by his face asking him why he's still alive while in the entrance hall portion of the castle

3. There's a very visible Priori Incantartum scene which appears to be the showdown between Harry and Voldemort. This not only means that they changed the end of the book but also never had Harry's wand getting broken in there earlier on in Godric's Hollow.

4. Harry and Voldemort are outside in a courtyard, not in the great hall.

5. Although definitely not a major problem it's already day outside instead of adding to the dramatic effect by having Harry and Voldemort attack each other just as the sun comes up like in the book.

I can understand them having to change certain parts of the movies to make it more watchable but to actually change every single aspect of the most crucial part of the book? I just can't understand it at all. The ending of the book was absolutely perfect as it was, why would any so called Harry Potter fan that had a part in making the movie do this? I'd be interested to hear your opinions on this.

It would be a disappointment definitely if they left those crucial parts out, but wait until the movie comes out, you can't guess a movie from the trailer. Also, the books have always been better than the movies, many scenes from the previous books weren't included in the movies. :) x

i don't know, but 1, 2, 4, and 5 don't really bother me as of right now. but as for number 3, in the book basically the same priori incantatem-like jets of light thing happened with voldemort's avada kedavra and harry's expelliarmus, only the people didn't come out of voldemort's wand that time since harry was using draco malfoy's wand instead of the phoenix tail wand. the twin cores caused the priori incantatem, and since the trailer doesn't show any murdered people coming out of vold's wand, you can't necessarily assume harry was still using his phoenix tail wand at that point in the movie.

i don't be attentive to, yet a million, 2, 4, and 5 do now no longer probable concern me as of magnificent now. yet as for huge kind 3, indoors the e book incredibly the comparable priori incantatem-like jets of light subject happened with voldemort's avada kedavra and harry's expelliarmus, in basic terms the human beings did now no longer come out of voldemort's wand that element by using fact harry grew to grow to be into utilising draco malfoy's wand rather of the phoenix tail wand. the twin cores introduced with regard to the priori incantatem, and since the trailer does no longer practice any murdered human beings popping out of vold's wand, you will now no longer be waiting to inevitably anticipate harry grew to grow to be into nonetheless utilising his phoenix tail wand at that element indoors the action photograph.

I wouldn't judge the movie from a trailer which is just a mash up of scenes. Give it a chance.
