Women, are you going to see this movie?

Eat, Pray, Love with Julia Roberts. I am not being snarky and I like her enough, but this movie just looks like it's awful. It seems they will throw any old garbage out there and expect us women to lap it up on girls nights out. I know it was a good book, but if the best of the movie is in the commercials, it must be pretty bad.

I think it just looks like a typical chick flick. I think the previews are aimed at making women see how the character is doing a crazy spur of the moment thing and it makes people dream and wish they had the courage to do this. All in all, its a chick flick.... and they are a little sappy. I don't know if i'll go see this, I would only really go to see this with my mom and thats the only person i know who would want to go.

I am not a fan of the chick flick or romantic comedies, although there are some exceptions. This movie looks okay, primarily because I really like Julia Roberts. She usually elevates the movies that she is in, even though she's been in some clunkers. Then again, who hasn't? Either way, I'll probably just wait til it comes on cable or Netflix, since it's probably not worth the price of admission.

I'm only seeing it because it's from the creator of Glee, so it'll probably be really good :)

A bit sexist question don't you think? Men could want to see this too.
