mexicans tend to make fun of spaniards but i dont think mexicans hate them, or vice versa

i think its great that they have respect of us

Most of them think they are above latin american people.

They treat them like second class citizens.

Not all of them are like that. Depends in the area and class.

I've lived in Madrid for 4 years and I've witnessed some discriminatory things and happenings.

Most of the time its African refugees. There is a strong immigrant Latin American comm. in Madrid. People from everywhere usually tend to stay around eachother. Theres English and French peoples too.

I've always respected the Spaniards, especially Iniesta, Xavi, and Casillas

oh so i guess my brother was right...he said that Pedro was from Mexico..I thought he was just kidding Lol..:) but I already kind of knew that Mexico and Spain got along because when the game of Mexico vs. Spain finished, the players were like hugging each other and talking and stuff...lol

did you see them in the beginning of the game, the mexico and spain players were hugging and laughing. Puyol, Pedro, and Busquets were hugging Gio so it's all good between us

Spain respects Mexico for the same reason the USA respects black people, they used us as slaves when Cortez went. So they see us as some one they have hurt, also our culture is influenced so much by Spain that it would be odd if we weren't so close

Its cuz we are New Spain just like USA is to England, Brazil to Portugal, and Argentina is to Italy since those boludos always say being Italian is better just cuz they hav 4 world cups

Unfortunately, back in Spain it's not like that because the news media sometimes reports that Latin American immigrants are prime target's for beatings and assaults.
