is there any software available to block outgoing calls?

Okay..there is a function called "call barring" in your phone which you can use to bar either incoming calls or outgoing calls. You need to go through the Settings--Call Settings--Call barring and change whatever you need. You need to enter your PIN number for this. The default PIN for Nokia phones is 12345 (if you haven't changed this..)

there is some property in the mobiles which allow us to block outgoing calls. last year i accidently turned it on and i was not able to make any call. so i had to go to dealer to repair it and he said theres no problem at all.... all u have done is that u have switched on that property..... but now i dont remember which property it was!!!!

well you could set it so that it blocks the outgoing calls.. or call your company to set it??

this you can do with your network or in phones security settings you will need a PUK 2 code from operator
