Can I use USPS first class priority mail to ship a necklace?

I have to ship a necklace from California to Michigan, and it doesn't matter how long it takes to get there. I just want the cheapest way to ship the necklace, because I'm selling it for $10 and I don't want the shipping to be like $5, because thats ridiculous, I'd only get $5 profit from the necklace. So can I use USPS first class priority LETTER SIZE/LARGE ENVELOPE to ship it? The necklace is flat, it's not bumpy or anything. It's less than 3 ounces.

Here are the shipping rates: http://www.usps.com/prices/first-class-mail-prices...

Please help, thank you

You could definitely use it. If you put on two or three stamps and taped the heck out of a regular envelope, you could send it in that. Good luck and congrats on makin some cashola!

of direction you're able to ask the transport costs! you would be stupid to purchase something from foreign places with out asking first. Stuff from the States can arrive amazingly immediately I surely have discovered - surely indoors 40 8 hours. relies upon of approaches quickly the provider provider shiips besides the incontrovertible fact that.
