Yeah, I think the bag shouldn't go across your shoulder. It sorta messes up the look. But it is still a kinda cute outfit. It kinda looks to me as there is too much going on in the outfit.

I would put the bag over your shoulder rather than across you because it doesn't go well with the top the way its just hanging there. But overall an OK outfit.
