Well there is this girl in my spanish class that i would like to get to know alittle better and was wondering when was a good time to ask her for her number. Also tomorrow is her birthday and I have only been in school for a week now.
there isnt much time after class we both go differnt ways and we dont have much time to get to our next class when i say our i mean thats our only class together

I think a week is a bit quick, get to know her better, and then ask her if she would like to go for a coffee after classes, if she says no you won't need her number. as to-morrow is her birthday give her your good wishes and say you hope she has a really nice birthday at least you would have broken the ice.

Just talk to her after class and ask her for it.
If being on time to class for one day is more important than getting this girls number then quite honestly you are not made out for this dating thing.

and when you're like in a good conversation about what she's doing ask for her number so you guys could do something for her birthday

Walk by her desk and desk and hand her a folded piece of paper that she "dropped.." in the note, tell her happy birthday and ask for her number!!
