What are some good veggies and sides for Chicken Breast Stuffed with Spinach Blue Cheese and Bacon?

i thinking of mashed potatoes and green beans!!!!!!!!!!!! im not sure!!!!! please any suggestions!!!!

    I always serve rice (long grain & wild is my personal fave!) with a stuffed chicken dish. The rice is so good for picking out the yummy stuffing that oozes out of the chicken when you cut into it. As for a veggie, asparagus is in season right now and is so yummy!

    I would say a great salad with lots of cold veggies, and mashed potatoes sound great.

    Asparagus and mashed potatoes....or asparagus and a salad would both be good

    I think a salad and sauteed green and yellow squash would be good.
