Best OTC eye drops for post-lasik?
I had lasik done on Friday (regular bladeless, not PRK).
The lubricating drops they gave me are pretty expensive and I'm almost out. I'm wondering if there is an over the counter alternative that someone could recommend.
Thank you! I went to the pharmacy and the pharmacist also pointed me in the direction of Refresh. I bought a bottle and so far really like it! The dryness stayed away for about 20min longer than the stuff my surgeon gave me.

I had PRK, but have experimented with three different brands of eye drops.
You should really shell out the extra few dollars, and go with preservative-free eye drops.
The preservative-free eye drops come in little vials. I don't use the entire vial every time my eyes get dry. I'll use like half of it, and then save it for later.
Now, onto brands.
First, stay away from Visine. It's just terrible.
Second, stay away from any store brands, like CVS <-- overpriced and not worth it.
The best I used was Refresh (w/o preservatives).
The second best I used is Ups and Ups. I currently use Ups and Ups preservative-free brand. It's very inexpensive and feels great on my eye. And if you use it correctly (like save an open vial and re-use it), it can last you for weeks.

I have been given unfastened samples of Bausch & Lomb superior Eye alleviation Dry Eye Environmental Lubricant Eye Drops once I had my lasik surgical operation achieved. i attempted Allergan variety Refresh Tears whilst the samples ran out yet I choose the B&L variety instead. they seem to assuage greater advantageous and the drops do not pop out too enormous with the B&L dropper.
