How can I get to sleep?
recently ive been finding myself unable to sleep quite often :( its ruining my life as my days are nights and my body clock is screwed up :(

Short of medication hears somethings that work for me.
First start a bedtime routine: this should be from 1/2 hour to an hour everynight.
You should not read or watch TV or any other stimulating activity.
Do the same thing every night, try your hardest to stick to it every night.
You should not read or watch TV in bed, the bed should be used for only 2 things, sleeping and ... well ... you know.
Give it a shot.

I like stretching for like 10 or 15 minutes before i go to bed. It really makes me feel relaxed and cozy. Also listening to soft music helps me go to bed.

taking sleeping pills approx. one hour before you wanna go to bed, because it takes an hour to kick in.
