I love my girlfriend, so much. I tell her i love her all the time and she says it back. but she never says it first, and she never says anything that would indicate she feels anything for me. I think that deep down she does love me but she barely ever shows it :( why could this be ? i go to bed every night shaking and near tears, i just love her so much and i never want to lose her. But I can't live like this, what should I do ?

I'm just wondering whether i should pay more attention to the things i eat. does what you eat matter quite a lot ?
