How important is healthy eating ?

I'm just wondering whether i should pay more attention to the things i eat. does what you eat matter quite a lot ?

    It's proven that animals that are given a low-carb diet do live more (better life quality at senior age).

    We wont be young for long, so we better eat healthy now to prevent all those diseases that come with age.

    today we eat less natural foods and more canned / processed ones -- hormones, pollution, artificial everything, preservants, all kinds of flavors, lots of fat & carbs, no vegetables, no fiber, + not enough exercise, too much tv, + fast food.

    Very important.

    Eating healthy will help you become, smarter (eating healthy/exercising can improve iq by up to 14 points according to one study), happier, It can also help you live longer, look better, and of course become much more healthy.

    Don't listen to the fatties :).

    very important. you live longer if you eat better. also its realluy god for your skin and hair. just try and get tiny bits a day.even one piece is better than none. watermelons a really good healthy food.specially on warm days.
