how do i stop my eye lid from twitching?
my eye lid has been twitching for the last month, it has never done this except once or twice for just a few hours in my whole life. how do to stop it and what may cause this (i have ruled out lack of sleep)
i tried hot milk on a cloth that someone sugested and didnt work

Sounds like you need from nine to twelve hours of snoozing & some natural eyedropper.

that's in ordinary terms a small muscule spasm. not something to be nervous approximately. it is going to offer up on that's very own and it is so small no one is going to be conscious. yet do not concern i think of everybody has had that take place a time or 2 of their existence.
