Door Trigger for alarm on a 1991 Integra?
I tested the GRN/RED wire works fine when the passenger side door is open, but not when driver side is. What would be the cause of this? d riverside door indicates when open and dome light turns on.
www.the12volt.com says to go to the "GRN/RED" wire.

I think on integras there is a different wire for each door trigger. If thats the case your going to have to diode isolate the two triggers. first you have to find the two wires, the best way is to go directly to the switch on the door and test to see it its negative or posative trigger. If its negative you have to put the diode inline with the white strip of the wire facing closests to the car trigger. If its a posative trigger the white strip is closest to the out put of the alarm. do this for both door triggers, both triggers should then connect to the single wire coming from the brain of the alarm. Hope this helps and if you need more go to www.the12volt.com there are alot of diagrams ther
