#1 how have these 4 styles influenced each other if any
#2 some of these styles were morphed from older styles, can you name them?
#3 do these influence current fashion?

Well all of these are pretty different. theyre not related too closely. if anything, metal (which goths listened to), grunge, and 80's glam is a  far far far far far relative from rockabilly which is pretty much the root of anythign with guitar in it.

rockabilly IS pretty much what everything morphed from! (: 

well goth is still around as it was since it started. it has influenced emo and other close types of fashion.
glam 80's isnt too common as it was before, and i dont really see much heavy influence in modern style, i guess caus eit was way over the top glam.
grunge has influenced most indie, alternative, rock, etc fashions.
