Is there any way of obtaining a high school yearbook, years after graduating?

Well I went to this high school for less than two years before I graduated and I never got a chance to buy the yearbook. I went to this school in 2002 and the first couple of months in 2003 before I transfered to another high school where I graduated in 2006. So... is that possible? If so, where and how do I go about that process. Thank you!

Most big printing runs on yearbooks end up with a few books over because the printers generally use up whatever paper would have been allocated to a particular print job. At the school where I advised the yearbook, I sold these extra books when people hadn't ordered one in advance. I generally got anywhere from 15-30 additional books each year this way. Some schools even order extra copies of books just to have some on hand.

If you know who was in charge of selling the yearbook initially, you can contact them directly, but if not, just call or email the school, and they can help you. I got requests like this all the time, so I'm sure they may have extra copies you can purchase. Good luck!

I think it's okay but what's your purpose? But you can't expect that you are included in the graduating class because you did not finish your high school with them. If you have joined the picture taking during March with those lower years, you will likely be included but not in the graduating class. And as far as I know, you can buy yearbook from any school. It's also a business for some. You just inquire the school you want and if they don't have copy, maybe you can ask how can you buy it or where they publish it so you can buy a copy. Hope this helps.

You might try contacting the school's library to see if they have a copy of the year you're looking for. You could probably find the yearbook's publisher info and try contacting them about how to obtain a copy.

Call the school, or the publisher if you know them. You can search on Ebay as well. If you just want to view the yearbooks, you can go to the school and look through their collection.

They might still have some. Ask the school. I found a bunch of old year books in the basement of my old high school. Me and a couple guys were helping move some stuff and we found all these old year books.
