Did I have a heart attack?

So, I don't know what happened, but one night my heart started to beat really REALLY fast, then it suddenly stopped. There was a very sharp pain, and I clutched my chest. That happened three more times after that. So, what happened?

See a doctor. What you describe is an arrhythmia where the heart beats at an unusual rate. The pain at the pause was caused by the overinflation of your heart, because the flow of blood continues though the heart may not beat in its regular rhythm. It's not the same as a blockage of the vessels to your heart, which is what is most often referred to as a heart attack, but it is serious.

If you had a heart attack you'd be rushed to the hospital in an ambulance, so that is not the case:P However, chest pains is never good, so go see your doctor and describe the problem.

Michael Jackson didn't have a center assault. He skilled Cardiac Arrest and medical professionals might no longer revive him. Heart assault isn't the identical factor as Cardiac Arrest. The post-mortem will start day after today to verify why he went into Cardiac Arrest.

Only your doc can tell you if you had a heart attack...some of your heart tissue may be "necrotic" if you did, and you should see a doctor so THAT doesn't cause you another one!
