toning exercises for hips?
what are goo exercises to tone my sides ie lower sides of waiste down to tops of thighs...I have successfully been losing weight and tonign my arms and back at the gym but need to try my lower half now as well

ok let see..
ab training: hanging leg raise, v-up
your whole lower body: body weight squat and then weighted squat
For squat please do some reserach beforehand, lots of people doing it wrong hence no benefit.
Forget about exercise machines, just use your bodyweight or barbell/dumbell
