is meditation music good when you sleep?
Last night i slept with meditation music and i had really weird imaginatoins. I like it. But is it healthy, or is it a mind poisoner. will i be the same person if i do it every night, or will i change-have a point of view.

I love my meditation music. It stills the racing mind and relaxes your body to relief the every day stresses.
I highly recommend doing this daily if possible. I also use meditation music if I get a massage, but most times they have there own.

Music doesn't brainwash you, unless you're a toddler listening to songs about how violence is fine and dandy. Any music that relaxes you is healthy. It puts you in a state of mind as if all is right with the world, but it won't detract your judgment when there's something else you need to be immediately focused on.

Anything that you like will do - it's entirely your decision though as something like that is so personal. What I find relaxing you may well find disturbing, and vice versa, so my (or anybody else's) suggestions are worthless to you. Rawlyn.

no, I do it when i have exams coming up am when I am stressed all the time if anything, its GOOD for you because you should fall asleep faster =D
