No one is scared that Obama is a Muslim. The left is loud about this issue because IT ISN'T TRUE. During the campaign, Karl Rove or someone like him realized that since the guy's name is Barack, it would be really easy to convince all the stupid people in the US that he is Muslim. So they started that propaganda and of course it took off amongst stupid people. Do you realize that 40% of Republicans believe that Obama is an ADMITTED Muslim. They don't think he's hiding it- 40% believe that he has come out and SAID he is Muslim and that it is a FACT. Do you have any idea how dumb a person has to be to believe that? Well, 40% of Republicans are that dumb. And why? Because they are constantly bombarded with lies like that one until they just give up and start believing everything they're told. THAT is what the left is loud about- I couldn't care less is the President was Muslim, Buddhist, or fu@king Scientologist- as long as he was able to lead and kept his religion separate from the government.

Liberals believe in liberty and freedom of religion. Conservatives lately appear to support freedom of religion as long as it agrees with their own, and consider former Burlington Coat Factories hallowed ground unsuitable for building a mosque on.

We need to make up our minds about this. Do we think all liberals are Muslim,or do we think all liberals are afraid of Muslims? This is why I can't really call myself a conservative,because of questions like that.

I think you mean conservatives....Liberals are left winged (democrats) and Conservatives are right winged (Republicans). Republicans are narrow minded assholes who think that if you don't go along with their one view way then the whole world will crash and burn. Sarah Palin just encouraged Dr. Schlessinger to say the n word on live broadcast because its free speech. If Keith Obermann did this Palin would have a fit!!!!! Basically if Republicans ruled then the average American would be broke with no health care or sustainable way of living and they look for any reason to put down a Democrat but its not the same for them.

If someone calls himself a Christian and practices Christianity according to his conscience and you call him a Muslim, that someone has every right to think you are jerk. That is not reflection on Islam. It is about how someone defines himself.

I am an American. If someone called me a Canadian and kept calling me a Canadian, although there is nothing wrong with being a Canadian, I would be angry at the jerk who calls me Canadian because I am proud to be an American.

I'm not afraid of Muslims. But I'm not convinced Obama is one either. You'd have to provide me with some pretty convincing *proof* that he is one. And seeing how most of the doubters on the right use Fox News as their source...?
