put it in writing. put it all on the table. explain how you feel what you might end up doing if it doesn't stop. don't leave anything out. be very detailed and concise. good luck.

just talk to the person and if they just ignore un then try to say something they will get their attention lets just say they like to sing then u can be kinda near them and say something like if u like to sing or something like that and it might get their attention then they will want to talk to u GOOD LUCK
