I must ask rotton questions.
Pole- What time did you wake today?
11 AnswersPolls & Surveys6 years agoWhy put real thought into an answer when you get NO feedback on it?
Many, many 'askers' don't bother choosing a best. (And many times the choice they make doesn't even seem to have anything to do with an answer to the question asked.) Then nobody can vote and in there say "that's a good and/or helpful answer"- Why even bother?
4 AnswersYahoo Answers7 years agoPlumeria rooting questions?
I'm getting ready to prune a limb off my potted Plumeria and want to root it. It's about 4 ft. The end has an inflorescence and two branches starting. I'm in a growing zone 10.
I'd like to start it as soon as the cut heals.
a) Do I need to remove all the leaves?
b) What do I do about the inflorescence?
Thanks in advance.
1 AnswerGarden & Landscape7 years agoWant a low yield Knish recipe?
Want a recipe for just two people's use. Not much over 12 servings per batch. As basic as it gets is great. 'Extras' suggestions would be awesome.
Only had them as a kid in delis and restaurants.
Thanks

1 AnswerOther - Yahoo Mail7 years agoCan you switch a cactus from soil to sand?
I have a small round cactus potted in cacti potting soil. I've had it for four to five years and it's to about four times it's starting size. Not counting the thorns it's about the size of a softball. It fell out of it's pot today and it's roots are only about three tablespoons in size.
Would it be ok to transfer it to a shallow tray of sand?
(It's outside in part sun if that's a consideration.)
3 AnswersGarden & Landscape7 years agoHow do I cancel a yahoo calendar subscription?
Their "help" says to click the drop down menu next to the subscription and then "unsubscribe" but there is no "unsubscribe". All I get is "refresh", "edit calendar" & color options. The "edit calendar" just allows for change of title and/or color.

I checked the website and that I can find it doesn't say.
Does "Beta" imply something basic?

. . . used a color wheel with objects rather than just color swatches. Like sea shells, cherries and pebbles. I think it was on about five years ago. I thought it was something "Color Wise" or "Color Sense".
What was the name of that show?
1 AnswerComedy7 years agoFiddle leaf fig soil?
I brought home a flf in a 5" pot about a month ago. It's in what I hope to be it's permanent spot and seems to be fine. I want to pot it up to a 6" pot.
What type of packaged soil should I use?
Any additional tips are very welcome.

4 AnswersEtiquette7 years agoMold in houseplant soil?
I replanted a Chinese Evergreen from a plastic nursery pot to a bigger ceramic pot a couple months ago and it keeps getting white mold on top of the soil. I used miracle grow moisture control potting mix and added a little pearlite. It sits near a window. I let it nearly dry out between waterings and drain it at the basin so the saucer doesn't pool. The plant looks good otherwise.
Should I replant it without the pearlite or replant with cacti potting mix?
