Can I bring landscape plants across the border into Nevada?

I am moving from Phoenix to Las Vegas. I have a lot of desert plants in my yard that I would like to bring cuttings from and plant in my new yard. Some states don't allow you to bring plants in. Does anyone know the laws for Nevada?

Most western states have strict laws on plant imports. The link below is the Nevada State AG site and they list all laws. But my guess would be you would need permits and certification to bring plants across the border in Nevada as you do in AZ, CA, OR and WA.
