C-section birth related to confusing horoscopes?

my older sister was born on november 8 by c-section. my mom started going into labor on the 7th, and it had been very possible for her to be born then.

her horoscope, though, matches the one of the seventh, and not much the eighth. does anyone have info about this? i'm a newer astrologist and have been studying it alone and i have never heard of this.

Update:

pices decante: thats really cool! it's really interesting about the egyptians.

Some astrologers in Ancient Egypt believed that the stars determined your time of birth. They would not perform C-sections on women (it was possible back then) because they wanted the firm birth time. My friend is a Libra, and her mom began to go into labor about 3 hours before the c-section. The doctors thought that if she wasn't born by c-section, she would have born by 3:30 pm (Cancer rising). Instead, the c-section took place 4 hours before that, and she was born by c-section at 11:54 (Gemini rising). She fits half the description of the Gemini, and half of the Cancer. She has a tendency to be more like the Cancer rising, though.

Often asked. Who records "first breath" when there never is an astrologer around?

Astrologers emphasize the importance of the positions of the Sun, Moon, planets, etc., at the time of birth. However, the birthing process isn’t instantaneous. There is no single moment that a person is born. The fact that some official somewhere writes down a time of birth is irrelevant. Do they pick the moment the water breaks? The moment the first dilation occurs? When the first hair or toenail peeks through? When the last toenail or hair passes the last millimeter of the vagina? When the umbilical cord is cut? When the first breath is taken? Or does birth occur at the moment a physician or nurse looks at a clock to note the time of birth?

For astrologers, their god is time. No one will make a what if chart because the birth time is the most crucial part of the chart. Never mind the fact that they use the dates of the Zodiac as they were over two thousand years ago too. We can now freeze embryos for years after conception.

Induce labor is up to over 40% of births in the US compared to the 1990's of about 10%. That means the doctor has more of an effect. No one is going to make an appointment to have it done in the middle of the night. Or when the doctor wants to play golf. If you think astrology is "natural" think again. Science trumps superstition all the time.

As many others have said, vaginal. Recovery is much easier. As normally, you will not have a choice - they will want you to have vaginal, unless you need a c-section. Best for baby? They say that sometimes having a vaginal birth causes a funny shaped head, but both of my daughters came out perfect. Another recommendation, you (and maybe your hubby but only a little) should watch Discovery Health Channel and/or TLC for their baby shows. I didn't really watch until after 1st pregnancy and wish I watched sooner. You can learn a lot! And I do recommend getting an epidural and pain will not be that bad.

It makes no difference whether the birth was normal or C-section. Actually the time of birth should be considered when the child takes the first breath.

    Good question!

I have also wondered how a c section affects a person's real birth time
