I believe there was a church built with indulgence money. That was money spent for an indulgence, which meant if you spent enough you got away with the crime. Two men went to the folks going around selling indulgences and said they hadn't done anything yet but It was a big thing. A price was named but they said it was really going to be a big thing so they came to an agreement and paid the money which was placed in a large locked box. That night the box was stolen but being so heavy it hadn't traveled far. When the two men were captured the church represented wanted to get at those men good. They had a problem as they recognized the men involved and they'd paid for a really big indulgence and had the paper on them. They had to let them go but the church kept the money. I don't think it works like that with Jesus. He can only forgive you with the same measure as you forgive others. Repenting means turning away from what you were asking repentance for. If you were to do something real stupid and bad and were genuinely sorry Jesus could forgive you. There is a story in the Bible about David and Bathsheba. Her husband was out fighting a war for David and he sees her bathing over the wall as he's on his roof. He sends for her make her pregnant and tries to pin it her husband by bringing him back to town. He is so loyal to David the king that he won't allow himself the comfort of his wife. David gets so desperate that he hands a sealed message for that husband to take back to the front lines of war. The husband is placed in the very front and the others pull back and he is alone when He is killed. He never knew the contents of the message. David's prayer of repentance is Psalms 51. David is called a man after God's own heart. Number 2 shows the problem with once saved always saved as you can turn away from God again.

1) you shouldn't murder another human being. Asking forgiveness however will not get you into heaven only faith alone in Christ alone will.
2) No you don't get into heaven by asking for forgiveness you get into heaven by faith alone in Christ alone.

"But for the cowardly and unbelieving and abominable and MURDERERS and immoral persons and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars, their part will be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death."
If we deliberate do wrong there is no forgiveness, unless we seriously repent. Whether we murder another person or not we still don't know if we are going to heaven. We must go to the source himself! Because, my friend, Jesus can speak, and his sheep know his voice (John 10:27). If you do not know his voice, we need to get on our knees and cry out to him, he is waiting for you....................(remember! sin seperates us from god; STOP SINNING -- read math. 5:28)

The current Christian concepts of heaven and hell are greatly flawed. Basically, we wind up with people who are like us. If you murder here, then you'll be with people who have no respect or love for the lives of others, and you'd be in a situation where you couldn't trust anyone, and would have to watch your back constantly. But then, that's what you'd deserve, because that's what you're like.
Look into your own soul: there's your heaven, or your hell. Do you want to be with people who are like you, or not?

1st one depends on why and how you did it. If it was a crime of passion maybe.
2nd one I find unlikely. That sounds a little unfair.
