Well it isn't too far out there. I love the way it looks written. I thought you'd pronounce it case e uh, and I liked that. When I say it the way you do, it sounds like I am tipsy and trying to say Casey. lol! Kaysha looks like Kay sha and no one would ever guess it was a three syllable name. If you spell it that way, I'd insert an "I" right after the "H" Kayshia. Hey I like how that looks! :)

Beautiful name spelled either way, but Kasia will never be pronounced Kay-sh-ah by anyone. You'll be more likely to get K-asia, because no one will see the sh that you put in unless you spell it Kaysha . Definitely not made up, but unique and different enough to stand out.

I know the name Kasia as a nn for Catherine in Russia. The times I have heard it, it has been pronounced Kaw-she-uh. I really like it!

Since you made it up, yes, it is too "made up." You want to pronounce it Kay-sh-ah? That makes no sense, do you mean KAY-shah? It just sounds like that singer Ke$ha.

Kasiah is a Latin-origin name that means flowering. So you're not too far off of the beaten track. So it's not actually "made us"., but it's cute.
