Seems that I saw an article that said the thieves were captured at the airport along with the painting.
Update: I see what you mean. I just read an article stating that the recovery of the painting was an erroneous statement and that the painting is still missing.

I think they found the thieves in the parking lot because they had no Monet to buy Degas to make the getaway Van Gogh.
