are these methods a good way to grow?

At first about a year ago, I NEVER at all ate any fruits or vegetables. And I played sports for at least 2 times a week for 4 months. But now I get a 45 min. exercise minimum for everyday, I start to eat fruits and vegetables now once a day, I even drink milk every night. But not everyday. And so far I haven't seen any results:( and its been at least 2 months, how come I haven't at least grown half or 25% of an inch? is my body not absorbing the nutrients I eat?I don't wanna hear I've stopped growing because I'm still young, just in middle school. I'm very worried about my height because My mom is only 5"2 but the rest of her family's height is pretty much ok, some short and shes one of them. But my dad is 5"11.

Just thinking about proper diet and exercise puts you in front of most folks. Practicing it is super. Keep it up. As far as I know none of this will make you grow any faster or taller. It's all in the genes. That said, not eating properly (and not exercising to a lesser extent) could definitely work against a growing person. It doesn't take a long search to see that much of the world is under nourished and that as a consequence many of the people living in the poorer countries suffer from improper or retarded growth to include permanent mental impairment. World hunger would be an excellent topic for a school paper.
