Hazel eyes...need eyeshadow help! 10 pts best answer?
I'm 15 years old and this is my first time experimenting with eyeshadow. I have hazel eyes (greenish/brown) and I recently bought a container of eyeshadow that has a navy blue, ivory, gray/silverish, and lighter blue eyeshadow in it. Reading about hazel eyes people say you can wear a lot of different colors. Do you have any tips for applying these colors the best to my eyes? What ways should I combine the colors to make it best compliment my eye color? I really like the shades but I'm not sure how to best combine them. I don't want a style that is too dramatic looking since this is all pretty new to me.
Thanks!

Almost every colour would suit green hazel eyes. I have green hazel eyes and I pick and eyeshadow that I like and is a good affordable price! Just choose any colour you want and apply it and you look beautiful!
Hope I help! :D

Yes, when you have hazel eyes you have lots of colors that compliment your eyes. Because your eyes are green which looks good if you wear brown, orange, red, yellow you just colors that are natural. But also your eyes also look brown which looks good if you wear colors that are purple, blue and greens. Hope I Help You Out! Btw, I would definitely recommend MAC eyeshadows although they are a bit expensive, I think it is totally worth it.

that youtube video shows really cute eye shadow using silver, light blue, and navy blue.
so this what i would do. doing good eye shadow is all about using your brushes to create a good look that blends the different colors to well so they flow nicely and they dont look like they are very sectioned off.
first- apply the silver eye shadow to the inner corner of your lids. from there blend the light blue into the silver for the middle portion of your eye lid and then blend the light blue into the navy blue for the outter most part of your lid. the outter part is the trickiest though because this is where you make the shape at the end of your eye to finish off the look. its hard to describe but if you watch the video you can see from the girls pictures that where the navy blue is she kind of finishes the look by rounding it by the end of her eye that way it doesnt just look like a sloppy blob of eye shadow.
youtube has TONS of great eye shadow tutorials. the one i showed you isnt really that great because the girl just shows pictures that show the steps but most of the time the video tutorials are of the girls actually doing it right then and there and you can see how they blend the colors together. but the video i posted for you is the best one i found using the colors of eye shadow that you have.
personally, i think golds are best for hazel eyes. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vx0CxN5vovw you might find that video helpful! :D

I would mix the baby blue with the gray/silverish color to give you that gentle look, and for like a more special occasion I would mix the navy blue with the baby blue to give your eyes some tension in them. The baby blue will soften the navy color. If you want the smokey eye color, then you would want to mix the navy and ivory :D

I have hazel eyes, and purple seems to look the best on me. light shades of purple and also berry colors seem to compliment real well. I use black eyeliner as well and it makes them pop pout and look really good. I sell Avon and on my site there is a free virtual makeover. It doesn't cost anything, if you want to use your own picture it asks you to register but its 100% free. I think you would have fun with it, feel free to try it out that way you can experiment with the shades.
