Have you ever considered the unintended consequences of hatred?

It seems to me that all religions increasingly rely on hate speech to motivate thier masses. Be it crazy pastors in the US having burn the Koran days or Imans preaching about the evils of the West in Friday prayers. And sadly if its "our religious leaders" speaking it, too often we turn a blind eye. We are now seeing the sad consequences of that speech in Pakistan.

this hatred for people they have never met let SOME in Pakistan turn a blind eye to the harboring of mass murders (even when they slaughter more of their on than the object of their hatred) and now its keeping thousand around the world from helping people that are victims of a natural disaster. And we are all to blame. We have let people seeking power and or/wealth use religion and God/Allah not too do what he said...LOVE ONE ANOTHER, but hate. This is a natural disaster yes, but the tragedy that will continue to unfold because of our hate...that's man made and babies are dying while we argue about whose fault the state of the world is.

In the end it seems the only thing religion is succeeding in doing today is uniting us in our hatred. Let it go do what God actually told us to do...Love... even if its only for enough time for you to give to (a reputable charity) the people of Pakistan.

    You have a point there.

Pakistan's main issue is corruption. Don't you find it odd that it has a powerful military and nuclear weapons but unable to come up with a disaster recovery plan? The problem is how the country is run, not its religion.

In some case, religion has been used in such a way that it gets away from the main issues affecting the good of people.

I trust maximum of what you stated, nevertheless i do no longer trust the sentiment that "all religions a turning out to be sort of have self belief in hate speech to motivate thier hundreds". i do no longer think of that assertion is genuine in any respect. maximum religions sell peace, love and tolerance. it extremely is only yet another "faith is to blame for all of the evils of the international query." Evil and corrupt leaders of all types sell hate. often times faith is the device. In different situations, that is race, ethnicity, or another "distinction" that's being exploited with the intention to regulate and control. people who want money and skill will use regardless of technique of administration they are able to. Hate is an basic one. by focusing on basically a adverse attitude of religion, you're additionally merchandising hate. Hatred in any sort by no ability unites.

    Not all religions.

I was raised Catholic, though non practising now and we were always taught to forgive our enemies.

To pray for your tormentors and to turn the other cheek from what I can remember.

It was drummed into us To Err is Human to forgive is Divine.

    So.....

    You are generalising .
