How many calories should a 17 year old girl have?
I'm a 17 year old girl i'm about 5'5" and I weigh about 125lbs. i'm lightly active during the summer, but during the school year i'm in show choir so I get a workout about 3 times a week. How many calories should I be consuming?
I'm not doing this to lose weight i'm doing this to watch what I eat. I've been eating too much junk food and I need to start eating healthier.

If you are going to be consuming healthy food and are going to exercise 3-5 times a week, your average calorie intake should be around 1200-1500. Have a low carb intake but on days you are going to exercise bring your carb intake up.
I consume 850 calories - low carb, fat, and sugar diet with no pork. With moderate protein intake.
Exercise 6 times a week for 3-4 hours.

Around 2000 calories are the recommended daily intake- although this can be to much for some people , as for me im not very active and will put on weight.
so if you balance your diet of healthy food , and occasionally have a treat then you should be healthy

Between 1,500 and 2,000 calories a day. On a slight diet between 1,200 and 1,500 calories each day, but never anything below.
