About 6-8 bucks each way, I think. There are tolls at Lake Jessup, University, and somewhere near Narcossee, Best thing to do is get a Sunpass at Publix, activate it, and put in about $25. Then you're good to go, and you don't have to slow down at the toll booths.
Don't listen to anyone telling you to take a different route. 417 is the best, fastest, and least aggravating way to go.

RE:
How much will the tolls [ on 417] cost me from Daytona to Orlando international airport?

Do NOT take Semoran (Hwy-436)! This only makes sense if you are departing from a location that's much closer to 436 vs. 417 or I-4. Taking 417 from I-4, about 2-miles after you've crossed Lake Monroe (exit 101A), is the quickest way (albeit, not the shortest), but is also the costliest (about $4?). Unless you're traveling during rush hr, or during some kind of mega event (e.g. Daytona 500), you can minimize your tolls by simply staying on I-4, then taking 528 (Beeline toll), near Seaworld, to OIA. During normal traffic, this will be only about 5-minutes more vs. the Greenway (417) due to speed limit variances. 75-cents will get you thru the Beeline.

You dont even need to take a toll, you are actually driving MORE miles if u go that way.
So, stay on I-4 and get off on exit 91 (altamonte springs exit) and make a left (pass the mall), and take this road ALL the way down (Its Semoran Blvd) and Semoran will take u straight to the airport. U might want to leave an extra hour early too because traffic in Altamonte area gets really bad around rush hour
