have a signature 70 series electric dryer, yesterday it blew the breaker, but it will not start or make any?

noise and will not start. Ask me for more details if you need them

Update:

Thanks Ray but I never call a repair man, I may have to buy a manual, but I'll fix it myself. I've already found several problems, just thought for once I would ask a question. Maybe someone else has an idea, but I will fix it you can be sure of that.

You'll have to get into the dryer and look at all the wiring terminals to find a short to ground. Use a multimeter and check the heater first.

If it blew the breaker it means there is a dead short in it. That could mean a bust element or many other equally negative things. Mainly it means it is time to call in the repair man. Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings...
