image editing software other than adobe photoshop?

    I suggest PhotoScape, Pixillion Image Converter, or Photo Plus 9.

    If you already have Photoshop, I'd keep using that. It's what all other image editors try to be. That being said, I'd recommend GIMP. It's free.
