Please translate this Asian writing!?

I'm embarrassed to admit I'm not sure which language this is. Probably Japanese or Chinese. I'm pretty sure it's not Korean. Anyway, if somebody could translate the final panel of the following comic strip, I'd be most appreciative!

Thanks!

    It's in Japanese.

私は英語を話せないんです。 (Watasi wa eigo o hanasenai n desu.)

    Means: (It's that) I don't speak English.

    Breakdown:

    私 - Watasi/Watashi means I

は- Wa is a particle that identifies "watasi" as the subject

    英語 - Eigo is English.

を - O is a particle that connects the verb to English (it's written with the hiragana for wo (を) but it's read as o (お))

話せない - Hanasenai is a negative form of the verb hanasu - to speak.

& the んです - "n desu" is used as a sort of explanation.
