Its good that he's in Barcelona cause then if he plays for Mexico, he'll have experience with playing

Give him a chance. He might turn out to be like Giovani, or Chicharito.

theres an easy explanation for him not wanting to come play with Mexico well its because he wanted to play in the supercopa, he played and the fans werent disappointed. he came out at around the 60th minute with the game tied 1-1. Nothing wrong with him not wanting to come for a friendly i mean i thought Vela should have stayed to get playing time with Arsenal in the opening game.

Why did Jona get cut? why not Torres Nilo, Magallon, or Aguilar? are they "good enough"? did they even play? Aguilar did but hes useless, what was the need for all these defenders?

*edit* yes Aguirre showed everyone how much of a fool he is in this WC. He not only screwed Mexico but also himself. and yes i think youll see that Jonathan will become a very good player, he is not flashy but sure is effective and he will replace Torrado with better passing, more speed, and hopefully overall do a better job than Torrado did eventhough i always thought Torrado was very good.

I agree with you, but the times that i have seen him play for mexico, i can see that he will become a really good player, maybe hes not quite there yet but he will be though.

Well I agree with you about him not making a difference, but he can give long shots and give good passes, just give him time and let's see if he grows as a player this year in Barcelona.
