What's the offset, premiums increase, co-payments increase or having to purchase a coverage rider in order to maintain specific types of coverages. They all will cost seniors more. It didn't say you may have to pay more or if your health plan shuts down, they will have to continue covering you, did it? And the health plan is not obliged to keep you even if you're happy with them. A very truthful yet deceitful statement made by a lawyer can never be trusted.
